Join us for Connected Forever’s 6th Annual Walk for Angels and Miracles, a meaningful afternoon where NICU families, bereaved families, and our community come together to honor their journeys, remember their babies, and celebrate their miracles.
This special event brings families and supporters together to walk in remembrance, raise awareness, and help provide vital support to families navigating the NICU or pregnancy and infant loss.
Families, friends, and corporations are encouraged to create teams to help raise funds, spread awareness, and walk together in support of Connected Forever’s mission. Funds raised from this event help provide resources, care packages, mentorship, and support for NICU and loss families throughout their journeys.
Whether you are walking in honor of a baby, supporting someone you love, or standing alongside families in our community, your presence helps remind families that they are not alone.
